However, sustaining motivation can be tough even under the best of circumstances. Ah, but don’t stress! By following these manageable steps, we ensure that you will conquer your to-do list and still have plenty of time for Taco Tuesday with the crew.

Repeat Good Habits

Focus on practicing the right habits every day — whether you like them or not. The more you practice the patterns to a successful day, the more routine it becomes. The more you practice the habits of doing the right thing (exercise, diet, getting your work done), the EASIER it becomes. At 600 Global, our belief is that consistency is key, so we habitually practice The 8 Great Work Habits. But you can apply active habits to any part of your life. The ultimate goal is to be able to handle any task that your career (or life for that matter, throws at you.) Learn that you can do things you didn’t think you could do by creating smart habits every day of the week, for every area of your life.


Remain Positive

Not every day will be easy, but it will certainly be worth it. With each curve ball that gets hit your way, there will be an important lesson — remember it. Sometimes even the most determined people get overwhelmed. You may be burning yourself out and a much-needed break might be just what you need. When things get a little rocky, remain logical and sensible. Don’t be too hard on yourself. Brush yourself off and take it one moment at a time. Stay elevated by watching YouTube videos of inspirational moments so you can suddenly feel a new sense of motivation to keep striving,


Reward Yourself

Cultivate a done-list to record everything you’ve accomplished during each day. Then, when you feel like you’re getting lost amidst the buzz, you can take a look at what you’ve actually finished. Seeing the list of things accomplished will renew both your energy and motivation. Finish your tasks and then reflect on them — once your to-do list is complete. Celebrate. Whenever you hit one of those benchmarks, stop for a while to enjoy that fact. Give yourself a day off. Go out dancing or to a basketball game. We always make time to celebrate our success here at 600 Global. If you remind your brain each step along the way that there will be an occasion to have fun, both your brain and you will be that much more motivated to get to the next achievement.


Personal motivation is key to maintaining almost all aspects of life. Even the most determined people can lose steam sometimes. You are your biggest obstacle. At 600 Global we know how important it is to find a rhythm to your everyday life so that motivation is abundant.
